Project Scope: Internal Print and Digital Campaign, Branding, Color Palette and Messaging
This award winning Chicago Metro Hospital was preparing for a major milestone event. The launch of Epic was an important technology shift for NCH. Epic would become NCH’s enterprise health record, scheduling and revenue cycle system. Virtually every area of NCH was involved with this exciting change. With Epic, NCH would have a single view of the patient, providing better, more complete data for everyone. Epic would allow NCH to improve quality, efficiency and patient care delivery.
Fuze partnered with NCH to design a campaign that would familiarize the hospital staff and physicians about this system wide change in their technology. We wanted to create a buzz and show how Epic would enhance and transform patient care. We also provided useful information about the Epic launch timelines.
The Fuze Group designed & branded an internal campaign that would be utilized in email marketing and printed collateral. Below is campaign we created for the anticipated launch.

We knew the internal campaign had to do more than just announce the change—it had to energize it. Our strategy focused on creating buzz before the official launch, using every internal channel—email, intranet, digital signage, even staff lounges—to build awareness and excitement. By giving the team a sneak peek into how the new tech would simplify their day-to-day (hello, streamlined processes and fewer paper trails), we turned hesitation into curiosity and resistance into readiness. Familiarity breeds confidence, and by launch day, staff weren’t just prepared—they were on board.
